Yes, Ultramarine is semi-rolling. Fedora is not. Starting in Ultramarine 44, we shifted to a semi-rolling model. Features are shipped when they’re done throughout the year, but major changes (like DE version updates) are done to coincide with Fedora. We made this change to keep momentum up between releases, and better align with our recommended Edition’s release scheme. System components provided by Fedora in Ultramarine are updated if and only if they do not break compatibility with older versions, this is mostly point releases.

Минорные и точечные обновления должны быть обратно совместимы, то есть системные компоненты Ultramarine обновляются тогда и только тогда, когда они не нарушают совместимость.

Updates with breaking changes are rolled out with only major releases. Minor updates/point updates must be backwards-compatible, i.e. s~~.
